Support Our Mission with our 2023 Annual Appeal
I have had the pleasant opportunity over my first six months here at The Good News Center to gain insight into how we have impacted the lives of so many people in so many ways. I am certain that we have helped save marriages, fed the hungry, supported those going through separation and divorce and spread the Good News – the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ - through a sharing of the scriptures. We have helped those grieving the loss of a loved one as well as those caring for a loved one. Our PAL Program (Parents of Addicted Loved Ones) has strengthened the resolve of family members working with those suffering from a variety of addictions.
This appeal serves two purposes… the first is to express my appreciation for your generosity in the past and the second is to ask you to consider giving to this appeal again in this year of 2023-2024. I ask you once again to help us make a difference with a gift to this year’s Appeal. I invite you to join our 1992 Society today with your initial pledge of $225.00. Last year we celebrated our 30th year of existence, and so as we head into the next decade, I also invite donors to support us by joining our 300 Club with a $300 gift. But please know that we are extremely appreciative of any size gift, for no gift is ever too small!
As autumn unfolds, we traditionally spend time pondering all the things for which we are thankful. This fall season my thoughts of appreciation include the expansion of our Meditation Garden including the relocation of our beautiful statue of our Blessed Mother. It is our vision to create a place in which you may come to meditate, pray or simply stroll the walkway and read the names and messages on the inscribed bricks.
