Therefore we provide both spiritual renewal opportunities and support for individuals and families going through difficult circumstances. About the Position
The Associate/Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the operation of the organization as it relates to implementation of policy as established by the Board of Directors, planning, oversight of staff, operations, facilities and finances. The Associate/Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the programs and events sponsored by the Good News Foundation including development and implementation. The Associate/Executive Director promotes growth, retention and increased program enrollment while fostering a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. The Associate/Executive Director provides direct leadership, instruction, motivation, and safety for participants, guests and staff. This is framed in a Christ-centered environment that is welcoming, genuine, and hopeful. This position reports directly to the retiring Executive Director and is available immediately. About the Candidate
The Good News Foundation of Central NY, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to step into the role of Executive Director. The candidate will be a practicing Catholic able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years leadership overseeing operations, finances and staff. This includes programming, fund development and facility usage. Experience fostering relationships with Board of Directors, volunteers, religious and lay church and community leaders is also desired.
